The Stice Team of Hawaii Life Vacations welcomes you home to Kahana Sunset B4B, an immaculately remodeled oceanview 1bd./1ba (700 sq.ft) with warm and tasteful Hawaiian decor and finishes throughout. This property has been a highly desired vacation rental with raving reviews for many years and is a Sept. ‘21 addition to our portfolio. Enjoy year round sunsets, seasonal whale watching directly from your lanai which is beautifully accented by sweet smelling plumeria trees.
Residence B4B is a few steps down to the lush grassy lawns which then lead down to the stunning white sandy shores of Keoni Nui Bay which feels as private as they come and is an incredible setting for swimming or diving with sea turtles or launching a kayak or SUP (shared water toys on site). Kahana Sunset sits in a secluded location on the border of Kahana and Napili and is a laid back and quiet resort type atmosphere in one of the most stunning surroundings you could ask for. You know you are in good company when this quaint beachfront complex is surrounded by $5-10M oceanfront homes. The grassy lawns accented by tropical out by the pool area are perfect for relaxing, playing bocce ball, or having a picnic.
There are plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants within a mile of Kahana Sunset. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. For convenience, there is a Napili Market (grocery store ¼ mile away.) Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs & Rotisserie, Napili Coffee Store, A’a Roots, Joey’s, Fond, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant (Epic Pancakes!) are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a great Happy Hour with both food and drink specials!
Nearby Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the challenging Mahana Ridge Trail. Kapalua is home to some of Maui’s best restaurants. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit (and condo complex) is a great location! With access to the ocean and a warm pool, you can spend your days relaxing right here without having to drive anywhere. The unit was clean and provided so many extras for making the trip better like chairs, umbrellas and floatation devices. The only con was that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and if they are like the people who were here when we were, it will wake you up when they open and close the sliding door (which was as early as 5am daily for us). Just annoying. But other than that, no complaints at all. Great location, very clean, well stocked, near Napili market (definitely try out Fond for dinner!).
