Be among the first to enjoy this one-of-a-kind, architecturally-unique property – which is a custom home and was completed in July 2018. It's in the heart of East Austin, which is a newly gentrifying part of Austin, and close to all that makes Austin great -- including Lady Bird Lake, downtown, UT, LBJ Library, etc. But it’s also far enough from the crowds to let you relax in peace and quiet while you're there. My home is two stories, with (i) a wrap-around deck that has downtown views, and (ii) a rooftop deck that has panoramic, unobstructed views of downtown, the state capitol, UT Tower, and the rest of Austin. Inside, it has an open floor plan, with tall windows and 15 ft. ceilings upstairs and 10 ft. ceilings downstairs. It has two bedrooms (both downstairs) and two baths (one on each floor). Kitchen, den, and dining are upstairs. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is private. Interior space totals 1200 sq. ft. Decks/patios total 990 sq. ft. No expense was spared in building or furnishing this home. It has high-end appliances and is furnished with art from Paris, Uruguay, Brazil, California, Marfa, and NY, as well as mid-century furniture. It’s wired for sound in all primary rooms and on the rooftop deck -- and it's equipped with Apple TV and a security system (including cameras).
