Positive: The location was great; a quick walk to the shops and cafes and right on the beach so a superb view of the sunsets. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and were well equipped. It was spotless. It was also very easy to get to Tankerton Slopes which was a location we specifically wanted to visit. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment on that.
Negative: The accommodation is very close to the main road out of Whitstable taking a large amount of traffic including buses and heavy lorries. Although the road has a 20mph speed limit, this did not seem to be adhered to and the noise particularly early in the morning and during the evenings was intrusive. This is why I have not used the exceptional button!
Summary: Warehouse holiday lets proved to be an excellent location for a three night stay.
