Located high above the water in the canopy of an old growth forest, with amazing water views in winter when the trees are bare - your very own bird-watching paradise in PEC! 7 (6 adults + 1 child) will enjoy the 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 pullout sofa chair in master), 2 full bathroom home with plenty of outdoor space! There is a BBQ and firepit for all your gathering needs and with plenty of seating space inside to entertain the whole family!

Other Things to Note:
Fire put is located beside a ravine/waterfall which you can listen to in the spring/fall/early winter. The backyard is fenced, however, the side yard has a dangerous drop-off by the firepit. Please be extremely cautious, especially if you have children.
Located on an 80km/h road. There is not much traffic but the ones that do go by are quick. You can hear the traffic in the backyard but apart from that it's calm. No neighbours to either side, some cottages down by the water about 50 feet down.
Partial views of the water when leaves are out. Great views in the winter.
