When you arrive to our home you walk up the steps and enter the home using Smart lock technology. You will immediately be welcomed with tons of natural light, stunning hard wood floors & enough space to ensure your comfort.
Bedroom 1: This space offers a luxury couples king mattress, cotton white sheets, a dedicated work space for remote work, and 55 in Smart TV for your enjoyment.
Bedroom 2: Welcomed with a view of the backyard, you enter in to a bedroom complete with a memory foam full-size mattress & 50 in smart TV for your enjoyment.
Sleeping space 3: Between bedrooms 1 & 2, we have a twin size day bed for your comfort, and rollaway twin bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Including a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Half Bathroom: On the second floor enjoy the half bath located between bedroom 1 & 2. Stocked with the essentials.
Living space: Relax and unwind after a day in the city in the cozy living room with 55in smart TV to stream all of your favorite movies and shows.
Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel gas appliances, an eat-in table, toaster oven, and coffee pot.
The bathroom: The bathroom offers a newly remodeled stand up, tiled shower. Complete with essential toiletries, white cotton towels, and hair dryer are always made available.

Street parking with meters is available in front of the house and free parking on adjacent streets. Please note that Jersey City has given out tickets for not moving every 4 hours. Also, keep in mind street sweeping rules marked by the signs on the street. We recommend utilizing public transit or ride-sharing throughout the duration of your stay.
You can be in NYC in just under 30 minutes! Take the PATH train from Journal Square Plaza into NYC as far as 33rd or World Trade Center. Journal Square is a quick 5 min drive or 20 minute walk!

We are more than happy to help with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing suggestions, etc. New York City, Jersey City and Hoboken have so much to offer and something for everyone.
