Cozy, oceanfront sleeps two, the Walkabout hotel is the right fit for couples. Comfortable mattress with complementary bed linens and towels will wait for you to begin your vacation with ease, while the bathroom comes stocked with the essential toiletries, hair dryer and iron. Don’t hesitate to use our fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is breakfast and complementary coffee at your disposal, as well as cleaning service. Our studio comes with a flat screen TV and high speed Wi-Fi. We have 4 Parking spaces that are offered on a first come first serve basis. If the spots are full there is street parking and a public parking garage.
Don’t miss out on everything Hollywood Beach offers and go to the downstairs Tiki Bar where you can enjoy #1 daiquiri in the area and best daily live music entertainment. Since beachfront rentals tie in with water sports, there is a Jet Ski rental service, as well as giving information about endless water sports such as fishing, boating, surfing, or wind sailing. Take a walk down the 2-mile Broadwalk which is filled with bustling sidewalk cafes, unique shops and most of all - breathtaking, mesmerizing ocean views. Welcome!
**No pets, please (service animals specifically trained to aid a person with disabilities are welcome)

-Quiet Hours after 10pm
- Please take trash and remove food from fridge / freezer
- Prior authorization is required prior to having additional guests other than the amount on the reservation. If you have any additional guest(s) beyond the amount on the reservation, you will be charged $50.00 per guest, per night.
-Prior authorization is required for parties. A party constitutes if there are more guests over the amount of guests allowed at the property and these guests are either visiting and/or staying at the property. If a "party" takes place, we hold the right to charge you the party fee of $1000.00. Please note, this party only covers the act of a "party." If there are any damages or other broken house rules, you will also be charged any additional fees at our discretion.
-Late checkouts if not approved are charged at $50 per half hour after 11am unless otherwise approved. We hate to do this but we sometimes have to turn our unit for the next guest to check in on time.
-Please contact us for information on hosting events or parties. Approval is required.
-No parties $1000.00 fee applies and will result in termination of fee.
-If there is a “party”, as defined below, a $1000.00 fee will apply PLUS ANY AND ALL additional costs to repair damages and get the property up to standards. This is at managements discretion.
-Party is defined by having anyone at the house that is not approved or more than the number of guests that have been accepted on the reservation
-Pets are permitted on a case by case basis, please contact us for more information. In some cases, a non refundable pet deposit will be required. If pets are found on premises or evidence of that a penalty fee of $500 will be assessed in addition to any damages that may be a result. Service animals need proper documentation and notice at time of booking.
- Late checkout: any checkout later than 11:00am will be charged $50.00/ 1/2 hr. An exception would be if a party otherwise makes an agreement and/or arrangement
Sand:
-Please wash sand and excess sunscreen off before entering the pools!
-Try your best to rinse sand off of your body/feet before walking inside.
-Brush rest of sand off of body before bathing.
-Remove sand from items before washing. If not, it will clog our machine and you will incur a fee
Smoking:
NO SMOKING INSIDE
-All smoking should be done outside. All cigarettes should be disposed of in the outdoor trash can. If you do smoke inside a fee of $500.00 will apply!!!!
-Any odor and/or usage items will indicate smoking inside
-No illicit substances allowed inside or outside the property
Furniture:
-If furniture has been moved, please return each item to the original placement.
-If used a sofa bed please remove sheets and convert bed back to sofa.
NOTE: Linens are provided for use of sofa bed(s). Linens should only be used for necessity of sofa bed(s).
-Please do not use any indoor furniture, linens, pillows, etc. outside
Outdoor:
-Return all outdoor cushions and furniture to original location.
Kitchen:
Thermostat:
-Please do not set thermostat(s) any lower than 70 degrees F.
-Prior to leaving property please thermostat(s) to 76 degrees F.
PLEASE DO NOT OPEN ANY WINDOWS AS THIS IS A LIABILITY FOR US AND WE HAVE HANDLES REMOVED
