Eight minute walk to the beach! Relax and enjoy in our brand new townhouse and take advantage of all of its amenities. Perfectly situated within walking distance from Okanagan beach, the Farmer's Market, Main Street, the KVR trail, restaurants, breweries and more, come and see what Penticton has to offer from an upscale, bright and comfortable home. We look forward to hosting you and sharing all that our amazing city has to offer!
The space:
Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 3 queen beds and new Silk and Snow Hybrid mattresses. On the main floor, there is a living room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a half bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with walk in closet, queen bed, dresser, 2 night stands and full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, dresser and nightstand. The third bedroom has a queen bed and night stand. We have installed blackout blinds as well as regular blinds in all bedrooms to ensure a good night’s sleep for our guests. Downstairs, there is a patio with a dining set and BBQ, desk, living room and big screen TV offering Netflix, Prime and Disney.
We have Telus SmartHome security and we will give you a passcode that unlocks the door and the security system prior to your stay. Entering this code into the door lock will automatically disarm the security system. This code will be active throughout the duration of your stay.
Our home will be professionally cleaned between stays. Please note: this is a NO PETS NO SMOKING home.
