Our holiday villa, Villa Guadalain is on the beautiful urbanisation of Guadalvillas. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach with lovely well kept gardens and 2 large pools. Our 4 bedroom fully equipped holiday villa has direct access to the full-sized pool from its large downstairs secluded private terrace. The spacious south facing terrace has outdoor dining, seating and sunloungers. The house is fully air conditioned and there is heating in the winter. The development has 24 hour security and there is space for parking directly outside the house. There is also wifi and satellite tv. The villa is very family and child friendly with an enclosed terrace, stairgates, and baby crib, and highchair, baby bath, changing mat, some children's toys and books can all be provided.
The villa has 4 large bedrooms on the first floor:
- master bedroom with extra-large double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks, bidet and private terrace
- 2nd bedroom with large double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and bidet
- 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds
- 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds
- bedding and towels (including pool towels) are provided
- communal bathroom on same floor as bedrooms with bath, shower and bidet
- wc on ground floor
- all rooms have black out blinds
On the ground floor is an open plan, kitchen, living and dining room. Stylishly furnished with comfortable seating, and satellite tv, fully equipped modern kitchen and dining for 8 people.
This opens out to the large comfortable downstairs terrace. The house has wooden floors downstairs and marble upstairs.

On the top floor is a large rooftop terrace, perfect for watching the sun go down with ample seating, outdoor kitchen and barbecue with dining table for 8. The washing machine and airers are also on the roof.
Guadalvillas is situated a few hundred metres from Linda Vista and San Pedro beaches. There is a beautiful beachside promenade where you can walk, run or cycle for miles. About 20 minutes walk to Puerto Banus and further into Marbella. The house is also walking distance from the lovely Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara with its many restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, shops and other amenities. There are numerous world class golf courses and sporting facilities nearby and you are within easy driving distance of many historic and scenic Spanish towns and countryside, including Benahavis, Malaga, Ronda, Gibraltar, Jerez, Seville and Granada.
There are at least 3 restaurants and beach bars with 5 minutes walk from the house. All with fresh local food and great atmospheres! And many more nearby.
