Bright and brand new with all new furnishings, finishes, and appliances throughout, this upscale home is the perfect base for your Ocean City adventures. You'll be able to walk just over three blocks to the beach and boardwalk, with countless restaurants, eateries, shops, and amusements mere minutes away on foot.
This high-end home sits right next to Robin Drive Park and Playground, just across the canal from Jolly Roger Amusement Park. It's a setting you can take in from one of the many outdoor spaces - two back decks, a front porch, an upstairs balcony, and a ground-floor patio and fenced garden.
As you come home from a day spent on the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and make your way inside to find central air conditioning throughout the two-level living space. The living room features a sectional sofa and two armchairs positioned in front of a flatscreen TV, while the elegant kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances (including a double-drawer refrigerator, a gas range, and a dishwasher) and beautiful tile backsplash. There are bar stools for four at the long kitchen island as well as an adjacent dining room table for eight.
When it's time to turn in, you'll find that each of the four bedrooms has an attached bathroom, with an additional half-bath on the main level. There's one bedroom suite on the main floor and three more bedroom suites upstairs, including a room with bunk beds that's great for kids. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.
