Beautifully updated apartment is located steps from the pool.
The living room features comfortable seating and balcony with a view of the 9th fairway of Atlantic Dunes Golf Course at Sea Pines Resort, a complete reconstruction of The Sea Pines Resort's historic Ocean Course, the first course built on Hilton Head. You can walk to your tee time from the condo in 5-8 minutes.
Should you want to play the same course as tour players do, up the road about 5 minutes is Harbour Town Golf Links. Visually stunning and iconic, a round here will be an unforgettable experience.
A fully equipped kitchen offers all appliances including a full size washer/dryer.
The master bedroom provides a King size bed, smart TV and plenty of closet space for your stay. Sleeps 2.
Second bedroom has a twin and a queen size bed. Sleeps 3.
Couch in living room has pullout sofa bed. Sleeps 2.
With both tennis courts and swimming pool on site, this villa is walking distance or short bike ride to/from Harbor Town and its incredible amenities.
The Sea Pines Beach club and Lawton stables are a short bike or trolley ride away. Complimentary Sea Pines trolley stops in Beach Club can take you to the Sea Pines center in 5 minutes, with its shops, restaurants, trolley (in season).
In addition to your accommodations, you will also enjoy access to the world class amenities of the Sea Pines Resort, access to the Sea Pines Beach Club and adjoining private beach.

Summary: We loved our stay at Chris's place. Just as described. Backs up to a beautiful gold course and the Trolley is maybe 100 feet from the condo. Spent every day at the beach. Chris got back to us very quickly with all of our questions!
