The lower level (below grade) includes a full bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, large family room, and a direct entrance from the rear parking area. Both floors comprise about 1900 sq ft
There is tandem (front-to-back) parking in the driveway behind the house for 2 medium sized cars. There is also plenty of parking along the street in front of the house.
