You will fall in love with this renovated 3 BR/3.5BA quaint cottage, literally one block to the beach! Simply Simon has tile flooring and designer fixtures and furniture throughout. The kitchen is spacious and has stainless appliances, new tile and quartz counters. The master bedroom has a king bed, smart tv, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bathroom is located off the living room and next to the last bedroom.
The open 1150 sqft floor plan has comfy living room seating and a 55" TV. Beautiful outdoor seating areas with a gas grill under a spectacular live oak tree. You'll never get out of the hanging chairs!
With access just a block away, you can easily walk to the powdery-sand beach. Enjoy being close to everything...just a quick 10 minute walk to the light house and village. Rinse off in the outdoor shower!
Dogs under 45 pounds are permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee for one dog and $225 for two dogs.
