The house is located on a corner lot in a quaint neighborhood with market and laundry within walking distance. Walk just 10 minutes to the South Kingstown Town Beach (cottage pass provided, should you choose to drive down), or use one of two kayaks in Potter's Pond. There are also three adult bikes on just kick back in our spacious yard complete with fire pit, gas grill, picnic table, lawn chairs and outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Nearby Attractions: Theatre-By-The-Sea is less than one mile away. There are also many nearby seafood restaurants, including Captain Jack's, as well as ice cream at the Vanilla Bean and the well known beach bar,OceanMist. Within easy driving distance are many other attractions including Newport, with the famous Cliff Walk and turn of the century historic mansions, Roger William's Park and Zoo, Providence Children's Museum, Mystic Aquarium and Seaport, Foxwoods Casino, The Pequot Native American Museum, as well as many other beautiful Rhode Island beaches.
