Positive: I love the fact that the property was close to the beach and everything was walking distance. The kitchen was nicely setup.
Negative: What I didn’t like about the property, was that the living room and bedroom furniture was out dated. One of the beds next to wash and dryer sits so low like you sleeping on a mattress on the ground. There was only 2 tv’s in the house. The stairs squeaks when you walk. The house needed to be pressure washed. The kids found a baby snake while playing in the yard. Big Lizards everywhere. The toilets flush slowly. Needs pest control cause we saw a couple of roaches and bugs around the house.
