This beautiful historic home is centrally located in the heart of Denver, making it easy to plan your visit! From the gourmet kitchen to the outdoor entertaining area, this house is perfect for groups up to 10 who want to be centrally located, walking distance to several trendy neighborhoods, (Washington Park, South Broadway, South Gaylord, Capitol Hill, and Old South Pearl just to name a few), boutique shops, coffee joints, bars, activities, and enjoy a historical piece of Denver.
This house is surrounded by many great restaurants, bars, & local shopping. Only a 7 min Uber ride to LoDo, Union Station, & 16th Street Mall. Right next to Cherry Creek, Country Club, South Broadway & a 20 min drive to the mountains! Upon booking, you will receive our local guidebook for fun & unique things to do locally and all around the city!

House includes 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 1 futon, 1 deep seat sofa, 2 bathrooms, 2 work desks, gigabit fiber internet, a coffee + wine bar with Keurig, state of the art appliances, 2 smart TVs, washer, dryer, interchangeable foosball/pool/hockey table + board games for entertainment.
House Rules & Safety: No pets, no parties or events, no smoking indoors. The fireplace is decorative & cannot be used. Garage/storage building is not included. While our neighborhood is family-friendly and very safe overall, it is still located in the middle of the city. Security cameras are provided for your safety at the home entrances (at front door and garage) and are not located anywhere inside the home. Guests also receive unique door codes for each visit and we do not re-use them.
