This condo is located on the upper level (6 stairs to gain access to this condo) of 2 family home. There is a large backyard that is shared with the 2 units. There is plenty of room for yard games or a game of Frisbee! Each unit has its own gas grill. The grill you will be using is on the wooden platform at the bottom of the back staircase. The tenants on the lower level are renters that live there year around and are very pleasant and typically keep to themselves. They are working most of the time. Full disclosure one of the tenants works the over night shift and drives a loud car. There were no noise complaints from my vacationers last summer but now that we live next door I notice it and figured it is worth mentioning. Newly Renovated w/ bamboo flooring, furnishings and other updates complete this attractive retreat! Bedroom #1 has 1 Queen bed, and bedroom #2 has bunk beds (double on the bottom and single on top). There is also a fold down double futon for additional sleeping arrangements in a room located directly off of the main open concept living area. The futon room has a sliding barn door that can close of this room to be an additional 3rd bedroom. There is carpet in the Queen bedroom and I ask that the door be closed if you are planning to bring a dog. My pet rules include not allowing dogs on carpet or furniture. The living room has a wall mounted Flat Screen HDTV. Free Wi-fi, You Tube TV and chrome cast, no cable. Vacation the Right Way and save money by cooking at home! Walk down to Inn on the Blues or the Sand Dollar to catch some live entertainment or stop by the Ellis Park Gazebo for live music! The Cape Neddick Lobster Pound is less than a 5 minute walk, enjoy lunch on their waterfront decks. The Shore Road Restaurant is also a stones throw away with their infamous Lobster Rolls. We do provide, hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, a bath mat, trash bags, basic cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in a shower pump, light weight summer quilts, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towel. All 3 of the mattresses and all of the pillows are covered with pillow and mattress protectors. It is our expectation that you bring your own towels, beach towels, bed sheets and pillow cases.Parking for 2 cars in driveway only.
