We would like to assure you our families have been renting 5 star review homes on the Cape for over 15 years and we fully understand what is required for an awesome Cape experience. Home Description:
Bayberry Trails is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with all new kitchen appliances, mattresses, and furniture in 2022. The home is close to both bayside and oceanside beaches and a 2 min walk to the Cape Cod Rail Trail!
Designed for your relaxation and entertainment, the open concept living & dining area includes two full-size leather couches, and a 55” smart TV - all centered around a fireplace for those cooler months. During the warmer months the home is cooled with central AC and you will have access to the two car garage for easy storage of beach gear and bikes.
Prepare your Cape Cod dinners using the large kitchen island and new appliances. Fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space and an open pantry, the kitchen is ready for you! Before you sit down to eat at the six-seat dining room table, enjoy a beverage from the great buffet-cocktail setup.
Through the slider in the dining area, enter the fully screened sunroom. Off of the sunroom are two decks - one with a cafe table and a grill, and the other leads to the outdoor shower built in 2022. Step off the deck into the flat backyard to find a seating area and fire pit as well as picnic table for summer dining.
The home has three bedrooms.The first offers a twin over full bunk bed and colorful nautical decor . The second - a king bed and a great desk area for working from home. Across the hall from this bedroom is a full bath with tub/shower.
The final bedroom is the master suite with a king bed and adjoining full bath (stand up shower) as well as a laundry area.
