Many upgrades that include the following: 2 renovated primary bathrooms, NEW bathroom on third floor, new LP flooring, festive outdoor LED lights over the dining deck and the pool (brings the backyard to life at night).

You will love the wrap-around porch, many balconies/porches, grilling/dining deck, plus private/heated pool. The large backyard and pool will provide the place to relax and unwind outdoors with your family and friends.
Inside the home, the main level has a comfortable living area for your guests to enjoy. It provides an open concept living area with foosball in the game area, comfortable television viewing area, games/puzzles/cards, and book nook. The kitchen has a center island/breakfast bar and dining area The kitchen door leads directly to the outdoors to a huge backyard for relaxing, swimming, grilling, and dining.
