Positive: The property was clean and well stocked and quite comfortable. It was also close walk to the marsh and beach and walking distance to a local seafood eatery.
Negative: though close to the beach and marsh, it overlooks the parking lot so views were not great. Place was clean but pretty small and best fit for a family with 1 or 2 small children vs. 4 adults.
Summary: cozy place to stay with short walks to marsh and beach, well stocked and comfortable
