Negative: 1. Key lock is v difficult to open and we found impossible to close safely 2. REALLY need a "mind your head" note on the stairs. My wife and I both banged our heads painfully the first time 3. A washing machine would have been very helpful 4. One of us really likes to have curtains that exclude light for sleep . Its a common problem not to get this in rental properties 5. In Europe most properties of this type would provide simple basic items like salt and pepper. Maybe this is not expected in USA?
