Positive: I like that the floor is secured by an elevator that requires the fob to access the floor. Instructions on how to get the fob to work in the elevator could be clearer. Love the extra towels!
Negative: It would have been nice to have more direction into where the front desk is. and how to instruct for food delivery.
Summary: Would definitely stay again! Easy walk to food and shopping!
