We're in a quiet neighborhood-- a quick bike ride away from SXSW (5-10 min) and close to popular restaurants & coffee shops. East Austin is a great place to stay during your visit! It is close to downtown, the beautiful capital building, and the I-35 corridor. Not to mention, it's in the heart of one of the hottest neighborhoods in America-- filled with great eats and drinks.
When you need some down time, our outdoor spaces are great for hanging out. There's a 600 sq. ft deck right off the master.
What sets our house apart from others in our neighborhood is space! Our home is larger than most in the area and has lots of space indoors and outdoors for you to enjoy.Our spacious 3 bed home will accommodate 8 people easily! There's 1 queen bed in the master, 1 double bed in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third bedroom, and a double aero bed is available for the living area (which is has a door for privacy).

If you drive in, there is one covered parking spot available plus ample street parking.
If you fly in, you can grab a bus, taxi, or shuttle from the airport (we are about 10 minutes from the airport).
The light rail and bus stops are only blocks away. However, most of Austin's hot spots, they are only a bike ride away. Bike and scooter rentals are available close by as well.

Summary: Our trip got off to a rough start as our original host, Gary H, cancelled on us the day we arrived in Austin. Luckily, Sunee's place was made available and see got it together for us in no time! Her house was in a great location and easily walkable to some great cafes and brunch spots. The home had everything we needed and then some! Would definitely recommend staying here anytime when visiting Austin! Thanks Sunee!
