This unit is 1 of 2 side by side units we own. New furniture, hotel quality mattresses, and beautiful decorations, makes this one of the best values around. We are also one of the few owners to allow renters to use our bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs etc! This large designed town house (4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms) in Rehoboth Crossing Community is located East of Route 1 and 1.5 miles to Downtown Rehoboth. The community pool allows you to cool off on warm days along with the clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center and an activity/gathering room with a full kitchen.
As you enter the home into the spacious foyer, you will have access to the garage for storage, and a spare fridge. You will also have a first floor master bedroom with private bath. This room has a tv and an 8’ sliding glass door with access to a patio opening to a large yard.
As you ascend to the 2nd floor a wide open floor plan includes the kitchen, powder room, dining room, and living room with fireplace awaits you. Hardwood floors in the living area and kitchen set us apart from most other rentals. The large dining room table, and the 2nd table in the kitchen with great glass tops give plenty of seating for large groups. A screened porch on this level also give outdoor space to smell the beach air. A large TV with Blue ray and comfy sofas and recliners allows you to relax after a great day on the beach, or during a rainy day. The wide open kitchen gives plenty of room to cook for your large party. Refrigerator with ice maker, duo coffee maker (Keurig for pods or coffee pot) gives you plenty of coffee to get your morning started off right.
The third floor has 2 more bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The 2nd master bedroom on this level has a deck to enjoy your coffee in the morning, or cocktails in the evening white you get ready for dinner. In the master you will find a tv to watch sports or movies. The other bedroom on this floor also has a tv with 2 double beds and this bathroom has a tub/shower unit perfect for bathing little ones. Front loading washer and dryer behind closed doors allow you to wash your beach towels and bathing suits.
The 4th floor is a wide open loft (no door) with plenty of sleeping for kids, or larger groups with 5 additional beds ( 1 Queen, 1 full, and 3 twins ), and a full bathroom.
2 zone central heating and air ensure you are cool on hot summer days.
Enjoying yourself while staying at our property is a key! We have provided bikes in which you can access the Junction and Breakwater Trail, a scenic wooded bike and walking trail that connects Rehoboth to Lewes. We have boogie boards, beach chairs, and noodles for you to enjoy in the great community pool, or while playing on the beach.
Rehoboth is one of the best dining towns in the world. There are dozens and dozens of great restaurants around. These restaurants include fine dining, sushi, breweries, and countless pizza joints (you can join in on debating who has the best pizza).
If you don't want to fight the traffic or parking downtown Dart bus company picks up right at the entrance to Rehoboth Crossings for a nominal fee. It runs every 10 to 30 minutes 7 days a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day from 7:30 am to 1am.
Bed linens and towels are not provided. 1st floor bedroom is a King-size bed, 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds and 1King size bed. 4th floor has 1Queen Bed,1double bed, 3 twin beds. If bringing your own sheets or towels isn't convenient for you we recomend Sheets at the Beach and Coastal Beach Services. They will deliver and have your sheets and towels waiting for you upon your arrival.
