Top floor penthouse unit with soaring ceilings in living room and both master suites. Has new granite countertop kitchen and open plan living / dining room area.
There are two large master suites with their own tubs and en-suite bathrooms including rain showers. The kids will love the loft with two single beds, their own TV, and en-suite bathroom including shower.
Superb close-up view of Snow Park Lodge and ski-lifts in Lower Deer Valley to assess the days conditions. Located 100 yards from the Lodge it is perfectly located for the kids Ski School. The condo elevator is nearest to the Snow Park Lodge. A few steps down take you to the road. You can walk to the lift in minutes from leaving your front door. Store your skis in the free overnight ski storage and walk home.
After a full day skiing, relax in the new hot tub located on the outside deck and watch the last skiers return to the lodge and the light fade. Hi speed Wifi, music and an instant gas fireplace gives you the best of evening relaxation.
For meals, we have all the amenities of your own kitchen needed to cook up a feast. For less effort, Snow Park Lodge has an excellent seafood buffet or you can catch the free-shuttle at the Snow Park Lodge to Park City Main Street (10mins) for a top-rated gastronomic adventure!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay and being steps away from Snow Park Lodge made our ski days really easy with 2 children. The condo could use some updating, older windows, fireplace, televisions, mattresses, pillows, kitchen supplies etc. While the wooden couches fit in with the mountain motif, we really would have loved to hang out in the living room after skiing all day on a big comfy couch, something that I overlooked while looking at the photos before booking. Owners are definitely leaning into the location for this property. I'm still rating 5 stars because the location is just that amazing, however for our next stay (which we've already booked) will be staying a few properties over that are much easier on the wallet and more recently updated.
