With wide streets it offers ample room for walking the dog, strollers, jogging, or bike riding, you can go two miles in a big loop and never go out on highway 12. Salvo is a peaceful little village where you can relax, unwind, and let your troubles float away. The home offers a large open concept living, dining, and remodeled kitchen featuring a 10' peninsula excellent for entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or take it outside rocking on the private screened porch. Down the hall you will find 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached master bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds. The home has 4 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Each TV is equipped with Roku to make streaming via your favorite app simple and easy or watch cable via the spectrum app. The house is fully concreted bellow with an outdoor shower, park grill, and space to park a small vehicle.
