The beach is a hop skip and jump from the property and very private where you can swim, fish or kayak. On low tide you can walk around to Waverley Beach or in the opposite direction around the stunning rugged coastline.
Another feature is the reservoir which provides a safe environment for swimming, jumping off the two tiered platform, kayaking, paddle boarding and rowing, the jetty provides hours of fun.
Empty sections surround the house so lots of room for cricket matches and flying kites. The cliff tops have picnic benches so take some fish and chips and enjoy the expansive view around you.
The 18 hole Waverley golf course is just 5km from Waipipi Beach, as well as Lake Herengawe that is great for water skiing or swimming. Waverley township is 7km from the bach where you can get supplies from the four square, takeaways, cafe, hotel, liquor store, book shop, children's playground and chemist etc.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Please note: From now on we will require guests who book a public holiday weekend to stay for the duration of the long weekend. For example; Easter weekend will require a booking from Thursday night till Monday morning (4 nights).
Smoking allowed outside only, please put any cigarette butts in the rubbish and depose of yourself.
No extra people than what has been agreed on in your booking!
