Enjoy Old Hawaii at its best just steps from Keawakapu Beach. A spacious and tastefully decorated home, suitable for entertaining friends in the huge great room (kitchen, living room, formal dining) which open to the huge tiled lanai where you can BBQ and dine. Relax in the separate den for watching TV, casual dining, reading and napping. Sleep in one of the 3 bedrooms, all with king beds. Two bathrooms, both with large showers. Each room and the lanai have high efficiency, quiet fans. **NOTE There is ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION on the property adjacent to us, with site work for roads using heavy equipment expected to continue M-F business hours through May 2025. Dust fencing was delayed but is now up as of week 1 February 2025. Home construction on the adjacent property will commence summer 2025.
Our home is situated on 2 lushly landscaped acres of land with a professional grade, private tennis/ pickle ball court available for your use. The court is lined for both tennis and pickle ball. There are 4 homes on the estate, all designed and built to maximize the views. Parking on the property. The Shops at Wailea are a short walk and an even shorter drive away.
Grab one of the provided beach towels and in less than 60 seconds you be on Keawakapu Beach--enjoying the sunset, the scenery and playing on the best beach in Maui.

Summary: A private drive with four homes and a beautifully landscaped back yard. Common area with pickleball/tennis court. You cannot beat this location. Down the drive, cross the street and there’s the beach. Room to spread out and relax. The home is a lovely, island style home. Main area high ceilings, multiple fans and big windows. I imagine the setting is normally very quiet but there was some construction on an adjacent property while we were there. Also note there is one air conditioner/mini split for the entire home. This worked out fine for us but is something to consider (many Maui rentals have no air con). I’d stay here again for sure! Delightful experience.
