The unit is fully air-conditioned with wall units to keep you cool in bed or as you relax in the living room. If you prefer the outdoors, step right out onto your lanai where you can enjoy an outstanding ocean view. Enjoy sunset cooking with the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer. There is cable TV in each room, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The master bedroom features ocean views, a private lanai, and a brand new king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a King prior to your arrival upon request. The unit is equipped with to full bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, the master bathroom is en-suite. Enjoy your time at the beach without planning; beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cooler are all provided for your fun-filled days at the ocean. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available.
