3A a 2 bedroom seaside apartment on one of Gower's finest beaches. A large airy lounge with comfortable settees (one a bed settee allowing for flexibility in sleeping arrangements) and an armchair. A tv, hi-fi, DVD and complimentary Internet and wi-fi. A well-equipped kitchen and dining area to seat 6. A large family bathroom with bath and separate shower, wash hand basin and toilet. One double bedroom with large fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is compact but has full size 3' bunk beds with comfortable mattresses. A travel cot and high chair are included but please mention if needed. There are lots of cupboards and storage space. A radiator in each room makes the apartment warm and cosy even in the coolest of periods. Each apartment has a hard-wired heat and a smoke detector. Hugh picture windows to take in the stunning sea views. Its private door is to the rear of the building, (down 8 steps) a short distance from the driveway. From the front of the building, 3A is on the first floor but Redcliffe being built on a split level means the apartment is actually situated on the ground floor from the rear. Apologies to pet owners but there is a strict Redcliffe policy that says no animals are allowed to stay in the apartments. The second bedroom is compact but has full size 3 bunk beds. The Redcliffe apartments are in a unique location, practically on the beach with wonderful coastal walks on either side of the bay. One will take you to Langland Bay with its beach huts, cafes and The Langland Brasserie which is wonderfully situated overlooking the bay. To the right of Caswell Bay and in direct contrast is Pwll Du Bay wild and remote unchanged over the period of time. 3A is the most spacious of all the apartments at Redcliffe with a huge picture window in the lounge to take full advantage of the stunning sea views. Its private external door is to the rear of the building, (down 8 steps) a short distance from the driveway.
