Positive: The terrace was great. Perfect for catching the sun, a morning coffee, or some stargazing at night, you won't regret booking it for that. The apartment had all the facilities we needed including kitchen utensils. The location is ideal for the old town and a reasonable distance to San Telmo bus station for buses around the island. The apartment is top floor and very safe/safe area. Host was very good and keeping in touch regarding one or two questions via Whatsapp, but our privacy was respected over the 1 week stay.
Negative: 3rd floor apartment so be prepared for the stairs.
