Welcome to Vueone- A brand new, exquisite architect-designed duplex, with heated swimming pool (6x2m), in beautiful Nelson Bay. The Vue is comprised of two private dwellings each occupying an entire floor, sleeping up to 12 guests in absolute luxury. Positioned across from Bagnalls Beach, their open-plan living areas and large front alfresco entertaining areas boast relaxing views of the beach, bay and mountains.
Each duplex has two living areas and four spacious bedrooms with four impressive ensuites. The flexible bed configuration allows options for guests to nominate their preferences to suit their group.
This luxurious seaside retreat has been designed and positioned perfectly to take full advantage of the superb beach and bay vista and the cool sea breezes. The water views from the living areas and front alfresco deck are mesmerising and the sunsets are truly spectacular. The deluxe kitchen, with massive butlers' pantry, has stone bench-tops and gas cooking. There’s a sought-after media room for everyone to enjoy a movie or sporting event on the big screen in absolute comfort.
The Vue is only a couple of minutes drive to Nelson Bay’s vibrant town centre and waterfront marina.
To enhance your stay Vue is fully air-conditioned throughout, and a fireplace creates a beautiful ambiance and focal point. Each duplex has its own double lock up garage with an electric vehicle charge point (32Amp) and internal access. There’s a four person lift with secure card entry to each residence. Another unique feature of this property is the mobility assisted access. Your beloved dog may even be able to join you on your holiday (* subject to approval, upon application). Of course, there’s also free WiFi.

4-LEGGED FAMILY MEMBERS WELCOME
Vueone is dog friendly so you can bring your best friend on holiday too. Two small dogs or 1 medium to small dog is permitted in Vueone. For council approved off-lead fun, Bagnalls Beach directly opposite and very popular with fellow 4 legged vacationers. Please note - No dogs allowed in the carpeted bedrooms or on the beds or furniture. Dogs are not permitted in the pool at any time.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults maximum. There is a sofa lounge that will be added to accommodate guests 11 & 12, total maximum guest 12.
Vueone has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

Sofa bed (children only) - $100 per booking which includes towels and linen hire.

Pet Fee $100 - per dog. Maximum 2 small/medium dogs upon application. Please let us know how many dogs.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
