Step outside of your condo to the world famous Malecon and ocean, the longest Malecon and beachfront in the world...Stroll or cycle this beautiful promenade and the Pacific Ocean, feel the ocean breeze. Watch the cliff divers and view the amazing sunsets and other activities of the Malecon all from your balcony. Short and easy walk to the Plaza Machado, where you'll find fine restaurants, bars, boutiques, art galleries and coffee shops . Visit the local market and fish market and cook up fresh daily catch from the ocean.
Go for a swim or relax by your infinity pool with spectacular views and amazing sunsets.

Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

Summary: Great staff. Loved being close to the historic town center. Clean. This is a lovely property just recently made available for rental, so it has a few kinks to work through. No doubt it will be a 5-star rental once it fixes these inconveniences.
