Positive: Location is convenient. Just a couple of streets from the main train station (good connection from-to the airport). The place is surprisingly quiet enough considering being in a zone that could be loud. Minimarket is next door, fresh fruits across the street, barber a couple of steps to the left. The apartment is spacious.
Negative: I don't have a problem with this, but for some tourists that need elevator to make it to the third floor you may want to look somewhere else. As an old building, sometimes the pipe (in the bathroom) may have some smell (nothing so critical but if you are sensitive to that, keep that in mind). Thin walls (neighbors respect the night silence hours, but during the day you may hear the neighbor playing the clarinet).
Summary: Perfect place to enjoy the city but also for jumping in a train to visit the beautiful towns nearby
