Located on the 1st floor, a duplex of about 135 m, it has on the ground floor the hall, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room and access stairs to the 2nd floor. In this we have 4 bedrooms, hall, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is spacious with a balcony facing the street and is equipped with everything necessary for a regular home. The living room has 3 windows that overlook the square and the street. It has a fireplace, large format TV, organ and table for games. There are 3 rooms with Queen size beds, 1 double room and 1 with 2 single beds. On the 2nd floor there is also another lounge with a library and piano.
