Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location is good, close to a couple cafes and restaurants. Also i think it is a good value for 4 because it has 2 separate rooms. The parking is available for free but it is 3-4mins away.
Negative: The cleanliness could be improved, especially of the bathroom and kitchen. The double bed is pretty small for 2 person and the mattress is uncomfortable. Also there are some constructions outside and in the garden, but when they are finished, i think the property will look even better with a nice garden.
Summary: Good but a bit more care would help
