This comfortable air-conditioned vacation rental is located in the historical centre on Rimska cesta, behind the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Drama theater and just a step away from congress center Cankarjev dom. Also lively bars and restaurants are just a step away from the apartment.
It is in the 1st floor of the low traditional building without elevator access.
In the bathroom there is a massage shower, washing machine and utility with vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, glass-ceramic oven, stove, all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery. In the living area there is a sofa which falls down to bed (140 x 200 cm), telephone, LCD TV and dinning table for 4 persons. From the living room there is an entrance to the bedroom with two twin beds and writing desk. The apartment is also equipped with a telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, linen and towels.
For larger groups we have additional 3 apartments in the same building.
Arrivals take place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures up to 10:00, unless agreed upon otherwise. For late arrivals from 21:00 to 23:00 there is an additional cost of 25 EUR, for night arrival from 23:00 to 7:00 there is an additional cost of 50 EUR. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know about it in advance.
The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Summary: This apartment is just right in so many ways! The space is well kept and well equipped. There is a full kitchen with a cooktop and oven, and a large refrigerator/freezer. There is an air conditioner in the living room, but I didn’t need to run it often. There is a small washer in the bathroom which was very handy. The water pressure is amazing. It is easy walking distance to the city center. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery options nearby. You should stay here!
