Aloha and Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean view condo at The Vista Waikoloa. A perfect location for your stay!!
We have central A/C, free secured Wifi, free parking, washer/dryer and beach gear for your use.
Open living room with amazing views and dinning room with seating for 6. Large wrap lanai has 2 loungers and also table seating for 4.
Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv and on suite master bath. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and a guest bathroom next to bedroom.
The Vista Waikoloa is centrally located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort and offers spacious condominiums with fairway and ocean views of beautiful Anaeho'omalu Bay. Enjoy easy walking access to shops and restaurants at the Kings' Shops, Queen's Marketplace, Hilton Waikoloa and the Marriott. All guests have free use of the Vista Waikoloa Recreation Center which includes a heated lap pool, two hot tubs, a large pavilion with gas BBQ's, a business center with WIFI and a fitness room.
Kohala Coast Properties has partnered with ResortPass so you can spend the day at the resort of your choice. Go online to see participating resorts, day pass to pools, spa day passes, Luau tickets and ocean activities adventures passes. A discount code will be provided in your welcome letter.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air Conditioning System was down for one day, King bed was not comfortable, Towels were old and smelled like mildew, no linens for pull-out bed, Complex was nice and it is a good location.
