More information The space The main level of the home has beautiful hardwood floors with an open kitchen living space. Sink into the stylish comfortable furnishings and take in a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Travis through a a wall of floor to ceiling windows. A flat-screen TV and fireplace and second sitting area complete this space. Adjacent to this is an open kitchen with a large square island with granite counters and comfortable seating for 4. New state of the art stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler offer gourmet cooking opportunities while you look out at the Lake. The dining room seats 8. Relax on the two levels of decks with table and chairs and outdoor seating overlooking the lake. There is a gas grill available also. Bedroom number one on the entry level has a private bath and a king bed. Bedrooms number 2 and 3 on the lower level have queen size beds, lake views and private access to the second level deck. There is a full hollywood style bath shared by these two rooms. Bedroom 4 is a bunk room with two queen beds plus two single beds. This room has a flat screen TV and a private bath. Guest access Stairs lead down to a beautiful rock patio with a firepit. Beyond the patio is a private pontoon boat dock for your use to swim, fish and boat.
