Located just steps from the beach, this three bedroom, three and a half bath getaway is perfectly located in the quiet San Simeon community. The beach is a short walk out the backdoor while shopping and restaurants are only a five minute walk away. Bike or jog from the front door through the East Beach community or enjoy the sunset on the marshes from the front steps. Relax on the back deck under the shade of an old oak tree while being soothed by calm ocean breezes. The back deck and two rear bedrooms overlook the community pool which is available for use by guests from April to October.
