This three bedroom, three and 1/2 bathroom home features two living areas and multiple master bedrooms with private baths. One king bed master and the other a queen bed master. Multiple bunk beds in the bunk room with triple twin bunk on one side and a twin over full on the other as well as a sofa bed in the upstairs family room makes this one of our most popular new vacation rental homes. Professionally decorated and designed for vacation comfort, you will love the beautiful furnishings and cleanliness of this professionally managed home.
Conveniently located only blocks away from Harmon's newest grocery store for your shopping needs, and only a couple miles from both Snow Canyon State Park and Tuacahan Amphitheater, you will find this is the perfect central location for all your Southern Utah vacation destinations. Whether you are planning on visiting Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Snow Canyon State Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Gunlock Reservior, Tuacahan Ampitheater, or The Utah Shakespearean Festival, you will love the accessibility from this centrally located home in beautiful Santa Clara.
All of our homes are all privately owned and vary in size and decor. They are all non-smoking and pet-free. Each home includes free high speed wireless internet and cable TV channels, access to swimming pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, and many other indoor and outdoor activities. Your Safety is our #1 Concern! My 2nd Home, LLC was founded by a previous General Manager of a Wyndham Resort. She brought her extensive knowledge through years of training on customer safety to this business. She personally hires and trains our housekeepers. These are not outsourced staff; they are actual trained employees of the company. The staff at My 2nd Home, LLC is always putting our guest's safety at the top of the list of priorities. We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Our goal is for our guests to have a safe, enjoyable time staying at a My 2nd Home property, knowing that the home they are staying in has been cared for and cleaned by the best in the business.
