Positive: Although we didn’t actually get to stay in the property listed, the team was attentive and apologetic about the circumstances. They kept us informed and were quick to respond on the phone to help us when we had questions/requests. They gave us a discount for the inconvenience immediately. The solution they offered was decent enough, comfortable and super clean, albeit not what we booked and were looking forward to.
Negative: Unfortunately I did not get to stay in the listed property (therefore my review is based on the property we actually stayed in). An hour before check in, we were advised that there was no water in the apartment and we could not stay. We were offered a solution, but it did not compare to the place we thought we were staying in, as it had no views and the location wasn’t as good. We paid the same price, however, and only got a discount when I insisted. Although the team did their best to solve the issue and got us a decent enough replacement, the experience was disappointing and stressful, especially as we were traveling with a child. The apartment was also not prepared for the number of guests, so the team had to come later in the day to set up beds and towels.
Summary: Didn’t actually stay in the listed property due to technical problem, solution offered but experience was dissppointing
