Positive: We had the best stay at Vista Faro Sardina for almost two weeks and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone! The flat is located in a gated community right by the sea with beautiful views to it. It’s a quiet area overall and a little remote so perfect for fully decompressing. I think having a car is a must to access it and enable you to shop groceries and to also allow you to explore the rest of the island. The flat itself is two storeys and it looks and feels even better in person than in photos. It’s spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you need (from washing to coffee and tea or beach towels). The host clearly puts a lot of effort into ensuring each guest has everything they need and is always available. There is no sand beach within walkable distance but we loved a local, somewhat wild beach called Boca Barranco just a 5 minute drive away (not touristic and with big waves so not suitable for swimming due to permanent red flag but still very beautiful and enjoyable; there is also a restaurant on the edge of the beach).
Negative: Nothing, everything was great. Just keep in mind you will need a car to easily move around as you will need to drive to get to the touristic beaches (e.g. in Las Palmas, or down south to Maspalomas).
