Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. THE SPACE
This lovely 2nd floor corner overlooks the main pool, and Lake Cay with sunrises, sunsets and Sea World fireworks. Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and big screen Smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our huge dining table with fabulous views (also ideal as a boardroom table). The den is a quiet corner to relax with a book.
BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, Smart TVs with premium channel and HBO. All bedrooms have overhead fans. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink or enjoy breakfast while watching kids splashing in the pool or the bird life around Lake Cay. condo has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now and are estimated to be completed by the end of February 2025. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
