Positive: Everything! The apartment is really cute. Even though it's underneath and adjoined to the main house, you wouldn't know anyone else was there.
Negative: Arrrrgh, the one and only thing (and other this the apartment is picture perfect, seriously!) I had was finding the entrance to the apartment. I've never trespassed onto someone's property. You have to go through a side gate into the backyard to find the door. Once I saw the key lock box, I relaxed and went about bringing my bags in. Other than that, what a quaint little apartment!
