Negative: Owner took long to reply really no help when need asked for pillows was told no more pillows..no cleaning supplies no cleaning staff. Basically our room was not cleaned for the week and we couldn't clean our self because of the lack of cleaning supplies. Room description stated 3 beds inreality 1 king 1 sofa bed and a bench might be good for 2 small children but not teens .besides that the place is amazing close to everything
