Refuel by whipping up quick snacks or full meals in the fully-appointed kitchen. Sunsets don’t get much better than on a private balcony with a refreshing beverage in hand before settling in for a peaceful night's sleep in the master suite with a queen-sized bed and an en suite bath. Summary: We had a wonderful time. The communication with the owners through messenger VRBO was great. The location has an elevator and we appreciate the carts to take our things to the room. The lighting is great in all areas inside and out. The floor is all tile which is nice for sweeping up sand. The key code worked out great. The laundry and trash are right outside the door by the elevator. Great location. The washers and dryers are a bit old, but worked for our needs. The balcony has a decent view of the gulf water and the pool. The smell from the pond outside wasn't very pleasant. It was actually bad at times. But you didn't smell it in the room at all. The smell of the place was clean! The kitchen was well stocked, maybe a few more large glasses would be nice. Having the dishwasher was great. Loved the icemaker! They had a K-cup machine during our stay. The bunk beds worked great. My boys are 13 and 8. They even had their own toilet and sink. The top bunk has a little rail which is removable to get down. The master bedroom was spacious. Loved having a laundry basket and closet. The dresser drawers were spacious. Might tighten some knobs. But it worked great! Ceiling fans in master and living room were really wonderful! Main bathroom was good. Toilets were fine, tub was good. The shower would be nice to have the rounded rod for more room in the shower, but worked just fine. Clean. Plenty of towels! Location was great with area attractions! We love 30A! Thank you!
