Positive: Modern apartment in newly built building, equipped in all what modern flat should have: dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, microwave, AC. We had a parking place in the underground garage in the same building, so it was very convenient. Metro M3 line is very close, you can also have a walk to the very center of the city - it's like 20-30 minutes walk.
Negative: It was a bit difficult to find the reception. I've got a map in an email, but the entrance to the reception was marked incorrectly.
Summary: Nice apartment, close to the center.
