Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Place was clean and convenient. Plenty of dishes, linens, kitchen and bath stuff. Hosts were kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early. Feels like a safe place. Very small but affordable and decently comfortable.
Negative: “No noise or music allowed in backyard or hot tub AT ANY TIME. Neighbors love to complain.” This rule is posted inside the rental in 2 places and was texted to us again. But it’s never mentioned in the listing that you have to be absolutely quiet any time you use the backyard or hot tub. Honestly would not have rented the place. It made us feel uncomfortable just going outside, worried we might (gasp) make some noise. And after 10pm, you’re not allowed to use the hot tub at all. These rules should be stated up front. Also the Keurig coffee maker didn’t work.
Summary: Safe, clean spot but BE QUIET AT ALL TIMES
