Welcome to my home!
Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 200 m² property is situated in an exceedingly tranquil area, all while being less than a 15-minute drive away from Fragas de São Simão and local restaurants.
The bedroom is on the 1st floor, equipped with a single bed featuring complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a closet for your belongings.
The bathroom downstairs has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The rest of the house (kitchen, etc) is accessible to all guests and will be shared.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: You won't have access to the pool and garden during your stay.
The room is on the ground floor. The property's kitchen can be used with prior notice.
I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.
Within 5,5 km from our house, for hiking enthusiasts, there is a splendid boardwalk of about 2 km that connects the Schist Village of Casal de São Simão to the São Simão Cliffs viewpoint with stunning views of the imposing quartzite ridges.
The perfect place to swim and relax here is the riverside beach of Fragas de São Simão with the Alge Stream. This beach is supervised during the bathing season and offers facilities such as a support bar, picnic area with barbecues, and changing rooms/WC.
It also has a picnic area where you can spend the day outdoors and a lush forest that transports you to an almost magical setting.
The property is easily accessible by car.
We have limited public transportation in the area.
Humberto Delgado Airport is approximately a 90-minute drive from the property.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
