New for 2023: Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a larger deck by the water. Vintage 77 is a classic family-friendly 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront cottage that sits on the beautiful shores of Roblin Lake.
The Space:
Enjoy the simple pleasures of getting away with a dock, canoe, fire bowl and outdoor seating. With Wellington only a 15 minute drive away, you are close to restaurants shops and wineries while still feeling secluded and private. There is also a nearby park and ball diamond within a short driving distance.
May be rented along with Roblin Lake Escape for a total occupancy of 10 guests. A five minute walk or canoe between the properties! Fun for the whole family.
Walk into the cottage and you immediately feel at home. The living room has a picture window onto the wooded back yard and water beyondwith seating for the whole family. Through the living space you will find an open concept kitchen, dining, lounge area where you can prepare your meals while still enjoying the company of others. There are 3bedrooms and2 bathrooms making this space a great option for family getaways!

Access the waterfront via stairs and dock. The bottom is sand and rocks. There is no beach at the property but islocated nearby at Roblin Lake Park. Enjoy the dockfor swimming, sunbathing, boating or fishing. Complimentary canoe and adult Personal Floatation Device (4) are provided. Please bring personal floatation devices for children.
Dogs Allowed: A flat fee of $100 plus fees and taxes (where applicable) is charged for up to 2 dogs per stay. Please ask and let us know breed.
One (1) park pass is included for guest use.

Taxi or car is the only way to navigate the County. The home allows for 4 cars to park in the driveway. Biking around the County is also very popular.
